RecallSync White Label Agency Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your white-labeled agency portal on RecallSync:

Step 1: Log In​

Go to your ReCallSync login page and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Go to White Label Settings​

  • Click on "Settings" from the dashboard.

  • Then click on "White Label" from the menu.

Step 3: Fill White Label Details​

  • Fill in all the required branding information (e.g. company name, company logo URL, favicon URL, Meta title, etc.).

  • Scroll down to continue.

Step 4: Set Up Custom Domain​

  • Under the domain configuration section, choose "Nameserver" as the method.

  • Enter your custom domain name (e.g. portal.youragency.com).

  • Click on "Setup Wildcard Domain".

Step 5: Update DNS​

  • After clicking Setup the Wildcard Domain, two Nameservers will be generated.

  • Copy both nameservers and go to your domain providers (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, etc.).

  • Change the nameservers with the ones provided by RecallSync.

Step 6: Verify Configuration​

  • Once nameservers are updated, go back to RecallSync.

  • Click on "Check Configuration" to verify.

  • If everything is correct, click "Save Configuration".

Important Notes:​

  • Now your RecallSync agency portal is fully white-labeled with your custom domain
  • Ensure all DNS changes are properly propagated before verification
