RecallSync Onboarding Setup Guide

This guide walks you through the onboarding process for RecallSync to get your account fully configured and ready to use.

Setup Process​

Step 1: Login to your ReCallSync account

Step 2: Go to the Onboarding tab on the left sidebar

Step 3: Fill in all the required credentials:

  • Fill in all the required credentials
  • Add your Company Information

Step 4: Double-check all the entered details to make sure everything is correct

Step 5: Click on Complete Onboarding

Step 6: After 1–2 minutes, VAPI and n8n will automatically complete the setup

All workflows and assistants will be fully ready to use.

Important Notes:​

  • Ensure all credentials are entered correctly
  • The setup process takes 1-2 minutes to complete automatically
  • All workflows and assistants will be ready after successful onboarding
